I envy all of you with the classes that are available. I would have to live in a really large city to find such courses. Spring Hill is considered small with a population in 2009, of 27,369 souls, not counting chickens. (Someone near us has at least a rooster.

Though with eggs at $1.50/dz (US) for Grade A-Medium, I hope they have a few hens.) N
