I learned to sew in Italy, so I didn't know what was meant by entredeux, now that I've had a look I know exactly what you mean! I had a look at the link and I see that they all seem to be very narrow. Is it a fine, narrow one that you need? Have you thought of crocheting one? You can crochet an entredeux of any width with cotton, the only thing is that you have to attach it either by hand or with crochet hook.
