I'm hoping to get started on the chairs this weekend. I've ordered the web stretcher online and need to get the jute webbing (which is more expensive than I thought it would be!)

That's really good advice on taking the photographs. I didn't take a 'before' photo on my last project and regretted it because I was so happy with the finished product!
