Finally found Petersham at a reasonable price...
I've been hunting for this item w/o having to order a reel for $90-125 (US)
I almost gave in and tried a UK site, but my connection kept dropping me. At: www.voguefabricsstore.com (link OK) a Chicago-based company, I found some by the yard for under $4/yd. I am wide, so ordered 3yds of ivory and same of black. That's a total of 4 waistbands lined.  Oh yes, did I mention the wood-handled awl, the Microtex needles? No? well, they are also there, in duplicates. I lose a lot of "stuff". Nehmah-who really needs to lose her plastic magic.
