Bob The Builder

Not really Current project but most recently made costume.
I couldnt find a bob the bulder suit for my grandson so with three days to spare i made one myself.
The shirt was made by purchising red and white butchers check fabric and dying it yellow.
I then traced around an old t shirt .I made the shirt up with the back opened but put velcro on for easy use.
The dungarees were from an old childrens pattern from the 1970s which I altered to make the bib longer and removed the waistband.
I used a design on my embroidery machine for the pocket.
My Grandson went to see Bob the Builder Live t the echo Arena and really enjoyed himself.
