Default Hand knitting from machine knitting patterns

Is it possible to hand knit using machine knitting patterns.

The reason I’m asking is I want to make some baby clothes for a friend and I’ve got loads of machine knitting baby patterns.

My knitting machine is in the loft at the moment due to lack of space so I’m having to resort to hand knitting.

Thanks,

Gertie
