measurements for roman blind

Hi - just started my first roman blind - would anyone mind checking my measurements so i dont make a hash of this ! LOL!

width 66cm
drop 214cm
outside window

8cm at top then intervals of 27.5cm x 8, bottom 14cm

is this right? not sure about first 8cm ?
